Despite a positive performance in the real estate sector, the Lebanese Bourse could not fully recover from Thursday’s decline. The BLOM Stock Index (BSI) lost 0.07% on Friday to 1,134.83 points following the trade of 98,047 shares worth $845,690. The BSI registered a 3.03% down tick since the start of the year, and a 3.64% decline from its value a year ago. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares increased by 0.79% and 1.69% to end the trading session at $10.17 and $10.23, respectively. In the banking sector, Bank Audi listed shares declined by 1.59% to close the session at $5.56. Meanwhile, Byblos Bank listed and preferred shares 2009, Bank Audi GDR shares and preferred shares class “H” traded with no change in price.
