The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) started the week on a positive note, with the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) increasing by 0.45% to 1,167.50 points following the trade of 75,459 shares worth $678,296.
In the real estate sector, Solidere shares class “A” lost 0.27% to $11.16, while Solidere B shares added 2.23% to $11.
In the industrial sector, Holcim shares gained 0.67% to $15.10, while Ciments Blancs bearer shares dropped 25% to $3.
In the banking sector, BLOM listed shares and Byblos listed shares increased 0.53% and 1.86% to $9.45 and $1.64, respectively. Similarly, Audi listed and GDR shares gained 0.68% and 0.50% to $5.94 and $6. In contrast, BLOM GDR shares lost 0.52% to $9.6.
