BLOM Bond Index Boosted by Higher Demand for Lebanese Eurobonds

The BLOM Bond Index (BBI) added 0.09% to 103.45 points on Monday with the yield on the 5Y Lebanese Eurobonds losing 5 basis points to 6.30% while the yield on the 10Y Lebanese Eurobonds steadied at 6.76%.

Accordingly the 5Y yield spread between the Lebanese Eurobonds and their US comparable narrowed by 1 bps to 463 bps while the 5Y Credit Default Swaps steadied at a quote of 407-427 bps.
