The BLOM Bond Index (BBI) shed Tuesday’s gains by losing 0.02% to 103.86 points. While the yield on the Lebanese Eurobonds maturing in 10 years stabilized at 6.73%, the 5 Year continued to rise, gaining 4 basis points (bps) to 6.13%.
The spread between the yield on the 5 Year Lebanese Eurobonds and the yield on their US comparable broadened by 4 bps to 490 bps while the bid-ask range for Lebanon’s 5Y Credit Default Swaps (CDS) remained unchanged at 446-466 bps.
