Bank BEMO Announced Dividend Distribution for 2017

On the 28^th of May 2018, the ordinary general assembly of Bank BEMO decided to distribute dividends for the year 2017, with a total of LBP 9,792M ($6.5M), as follows:

• For holders of BEMO Preferred 2013 shares, the gross dividend per share amounts to $7, the equivalent of $6.30 net of 10% dividend distribution tax
• For holders of BEMO Listed shares, the gross dividend per share amounts to LBP 100 ($0.07) or LBP 90 ($0.06) net of the 10% dividend distribution tax

Dividend payments shall be made through Midclear starting the 12^th of June 2018 to shareholders’ whose names appear on the company’s register on the 4^th of June 2018 (Record Date).

Moreover, the Beirut Stock Exchange announces that starting from Thursday the 31^st of May 2018, BEMO shares trade ex-dividend.
