According to the central bank of Lebanon , Cement deliveries decreased by an annual 3.42% by H1 2018 to stand at 2.31M tons, compared to 2.39M tons by June 2017. It is worth mentioning that the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries also dropped by a similar 3.42% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 384,516 tons by H1 2018.
