The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) improved on Wednesday. The BLOM Stock Index (BSI) gained 0.66% to 1,183.76 points. The banking sector took a share of 55.89% of total traded value, where Bank Audi listed and preferred class “E” shares and Byblos preferred 2008 and 2009 shares added 1.43%, 0.69%, 0.10% and 1.68% to close today’s session at $6.39, $102.20, $101.30 and $103.00, respectively. Meanwhile, BLOM Bank listed and preferred 2011 shares were traded with no change in price. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares gained 2.63% and 0.52% to respectively close at $11.70 and $11.58.
