Thursday Witnessed Lower Eurobonds Demand

The Lebanese Eurobonds took a downward turn on Thursday from 107.09 points to 107.03 points, according to the BLOM Bond Index (BBI). Demand for 5Y medium-term securities increased from 5.22% to 5.24% while long-term securities maturing in 10 years remained at 6.18%. The 5Y spread went up 1 basis point (bps) to 394 bps while no movement in the 5Y CDS quote was witnessed, as it remained fixed at 371-393 bps.
