Ciments Blancs’ board of directors requests its shareholders to attend the annual general assembly meeting set to take place at the company’s head office in Dbayeh on Thursday the 18th of June at 10:00 a.m. The meeting’s agenda will include the following issues: i) hearing the board of director’s report and the auditors’ findings ii) approving the 2014’s financial statements iii) electing a new board of directors along with appointing the main external auditors regarding the fiscal year 2015 iv) deciding on the allocation of dividends.
