Given lack of quorum during the general assembly initially called for on the 22nd of June 2015, Solidere released an invitation for a second general assembly to be held on July 13th, 2015. The general assembly meeting is set to take place at 9h30 am at Biel, downtown Beirut. If lack of quorum occurs again, holders of Solidere shares A and B are invited to a third general assembly to be held on the 8th of August 2015 at 9h30 am at Biel, Downtown Beirut.
