BSI dropped 0.11% to 1159.48 on Wednesday

The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) declined on Wednesday, with the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) dropping 0.11% to 1,159.48 points. The banking sector took a share of 86.29% of total traded value, where Byblos Bank listed shares lost 0.62% to close at $1.60. Bank Audi listed shares gained 0.50% to close at $6.05, while BLOM Bank listed shares, BLOM Bank GDR shares, BLOM Bank preferred 2011 shares, in addition to Audi preferred shares “H” and “G” traded without any change in price. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares dropped by 0.44% and 1.14% to respectively close at $11.41 and $11.27. In the industrial sector, Holcim shares were traded at their previous closing price of $15.00.
