BSI ended the Week in the Red

 The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) dropped on Friday, with the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) falling by 0.10% to 1,160.84 points. The banking sector took a share of 68.14% of total traded value, where Byblos listed shares gained 0.63% to $1.61. In contrast, Byblos preferred shares 2009 dropped 0.20% to $100.90, while BLOM preferred shares traded at their previous close of $10.20. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” shares edged up by 0.09% to $11.55, while class “B” shares lost 0.87% to $11.41. In the industrial sector, HOLCIM shares lost 3.23% to $15.00.
