The BLOM Stock Index (BSI) improved on Friday, moving up by 0.39% to 1,180.48 points. The banking sector grasped a share of 73.51% of total traded value with Bank Audi listed shares and Bank Audi GDR shares increasing by 0.47% and 5.19% to close trading at $6.38 and $6.49, respectively. Meanwhile, Byblos Bank priority 2008 shares lost 0.20% to $100.80. BLOM Bank preferred shares 2011 were traded with no change in price. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares each lost 0.18% to close at the same price of $11.39.
