Ciments Blancs’ board of directors invited its shareholders to attend the annual general assembly meeting set to take place at the company’s head office in Dbayeh on Wednesday the 22nd of June at 10:00 a.m. The meeting’s agenda will include the following issues:
i) hearing the board of directors’ report and the auditors’ findings
ii) approving 2015’s financial statements
iii) electing a new board of directors along with appointing the main external auditors regarding the fiscal year 2016
iv) deciding on the allocation of dividends for 2015.
