During the general assembly held on July 7th 2017, the board of directors decided to distribute dividends based on 2016’s financial performance. The cash dividend is equal to LBP 3,600 per share, and will be distributed on July 24th, 2017. Similarly, during Ciments Blancs’ general assembly on the 22nd of June, the board decided to distribute cash dividends for the year 2016 equal to LBP 693.50 per share.
Investors who have placed their shares in local banks will receive their dividends through Midclear, while the remaining investors can receive their dividend payments in cash through Banque Libano-Francaise (BLF) branches in Jeitawi, Jbeil, Tripoli branches. Moreover, HOLCIM dividends can also be received through the Societe Generale de Banque au Liban (SGBL) branches in Hamra or Tripoli.
Beyond the date of 03/11/2017, holders of Ciments Blancs Bearer Shares will no longer be able to receive dividends unless they exchange their bearer shares into nominal shares.
