Lebanese Bourse Displays Boosted Trade Volume and Declines 0.49% to 1,176.62 Points

The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) ended the week in the red, where the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) lost 0.49% to 1,176.62 points. The real estate sector dominated the trade on the BSE, grasping a share of 90.02% of total traded value. Solidere “A” and “B” shares dropped 1.81% and 2.15% to close today’s session at $11.41 and $11.36, respectively. In the banking sector, BLOM GDR and listed shares and Byblos listed shares lost 0.52%, 0.57%, and 0.61% to $9.60, $8.75, and $1.64, respectively. In contrast, Audi listed shares gained 0.32% to $6.22, while Audi GDR shares were traded with no change in price.
