Rymco’s board of directors invited its shareholders to attend an ordinary General Assembly at the company’s headquarters in Chiah at 10 o’clock on Friday the 17th of November 2017.
On the board’s agenda, along with other items, is the approval of Rymco giving United Automotive Agencies S.A.L (the official McLaren Retailer in Beirut) a guarantee against its bank loans at Credit Libanais and/or Societe Generale de Banque au Liban (SGBL).
