On the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE), 3 out of the 7 traded stocks showed positive performance today. However, the cross trade on Solidere “B” shares pushed up the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) by the end of Friday’s session, to reach 1,173.08 points, recording a 0.80% daily rise and a 0.30% year-to-date progress. In details, and even though the class “A” traded with no change in price, Solidere “B” jumped by 14.45% to settle at $9.90, noting that around 49,000 shares were cross traded at a price of $9.56. In the banking sector, the preferred shares of BLC class “A” and those of Audi class “F” added 0.50% and 0.10% to $100.50 and $100.10, respectively. BLOM GDRs dropped by 0.55% on Friday to $10.94, while Audi listed and preferred “G” shares traded without any change in price.
