On the 17th of March 2015, the general ordinary shareholders assembly of Banque De L’Industrie Et Du Travail (BIT) S.A.L convened to discuss the increase of the bank’s capital. On the 16th of September, BIT decided to increase its capital by LBP 5.40B ($3.65M) from LBP 5.2B ($3.45) to LBP 10.60B ($7.03M), through the issuance of 5.4M new common nominal shares. The price of a share is LBP 1,000 ($0.66). Furthmore, this has been authorized by MidClear on the 7th of October, 2015.
