Beirut Stock Exchange Ended Friday’s Session in the Red

The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) witnessed a negative performance on Friday, as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) dropped 0.25% to 1,151.76 points following the trade of 197,224 shares worth $1.53M.

In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares dropped 1.50% and 1.10% to close the week at $9.85 and $9.89, respectively.

In the banking sector, Audi listed shares added 0.17% to $5.86, of which 172,772 shares were cross traded. Similarly, Byblos preferred shares 2009 gained 0.10% to $100.20. On the other hand, Audi GDR shares lost 0.34% to $5.80.

Meanwhile, Audi preferred shares class “H” were traded with no change in price.

In the industrial sector, Holcim shares lost 0.69% to $14.30.
