The Lebanese Bourse Ended Today’s Session in the Red

The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) witnessed a negative performance today, as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) ticked down by 0.06% to 1,154.29 points following the trade of 819,746 shares worth $5.24M.

In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares lost each 0.81% to converge to the same price of $9.83. In the banking sector, BLOM and Bank Audi’s GDRs added 0.10% and 3.45% to $10.31 and $6.00, respectively. Also, Byblos listed shares and preferred 09 shares went up by 1.24% and 0.10% to $1.63 and $100.20, respectively. However, Bank of Beirut preferred H and I shares lost each 4.72% to settle at a similar price of $25.25. Meanwhile, Bank Audi listed shares traded without any change in price.

In the industrial sector, Holcim shares fell 5.11% to $14.47.
