Holcim invited its shareholders to attend an ordinary general assembly, scheduled for June 15th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m in the “Le Royal” hotel in Dbayeh. The assembly will discuss several points, including dividend distribution for 2015, the election of board members and the inspection and ratification of the financial results and budgets of 2015. A body for the supervision of financial performance in 2015 will be also elected.
