Cement deliveries contracted by a yearly 4.96% by November 2017, to stand at 4.72M tons compared to 4.97M tons by November 2016. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries recorded a downtick of 5.95% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 452,779 tons during the first eleven months of 2017.
In the month of November 2017 alone, cement deliveries fell by an annual 15.18% to 446,775 tons, which can be partially justified by the 5.88% yearly fall in construction permits during the mentioned month.
