BEMO Bank Calls for General Assembly: May 2018

BEMO Bank’s board of directors invited its shareholders for an ordinary general assembly that will be held at the bank’s headquarters in Riad el Solh, Beirut on May 28, 2018 at 09:00 a.m. The meeting’s agenda will cover, among other things:

• Examining the Board of directors (BOD)and the Auditor’s General Reports about the accounts stated on 31.12.2017.

•  Approving the budget, profits, and losses of the year ended 31.12.2017.
• Election of new BOD members.
• Allocate the bank’s profits of 2017.
• Miscellaneous items.
