Ciments Blancs Announces Dividend Distribution

On the 10^st of July 2018, the ordinary general assembly of Ciments Blancs  decided to distribute dividends for the financial year of 2017, as follows:

1. Dividend payments shall be carried out starting the 23^rdof July 2018 at the price of LBP 666 per share through ”MIDCLEAR”.
2. The record date is fixed on the 17^thof July 2018.
3. The holders of bearer shares will not receive the corresponding dividends until the exchange of their bearer shares into nominal shares.

It is worth mentioning that the deadline to transfer shares from bearer to nominal is set on the 3rd of November 2018.
