Cement deliveries decreased by an annual 31.34% by February 2019 to stand at 420,370 tons, compared to 612,290 tons by February 2018. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries declined by 19.98% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 320,949 tons during the first 2 months of 2019.
