Cement deliveries decreased by an annual 35.75% by March 2019 to stand at 677,629M tons, compared to 1.05M tons by March 2018. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries declined by 27.61% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 291,448 tons during the first quarter of 2019.
