Cement deliveries dropped yearly by 31.88% to stand at 3.20M tons by December 2019, compared to 4.70M during the same period last year. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries declined by 31.38% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 273,933 tons during 2019. Worth mentioning that on a monthly basis Cement deliveries reached 115,506 tons in December 2019, the lowest record since 2010.
