BLOM Bond Index Continued to Decline by 0.15% to 108.00 Points on Monday

Demand for the Lebanese Eurobonds Market decreased again, with the BLOM Bond Index (BBI) dropping by 0.15% to 108.00 points. The 5Y and 10Y Lebanese Eurobonds’ yields gained 5 basis points (bps) and 3 bps to 5.18% and 6.19%, respectively. The 5Y spread against the US Treasury steadied at 365 bps as demand for medium-term securities in the U.S declined. Meanwhile, the 5Y CDS quote remained almost stable at 398-428 bps from its previous quote of 399-429 bps.
