On the 27th of January 2015, the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) agreed on the swap of 722,264 listed common shares to Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) for Bank Audi. Trade on these GDR shares will begin on Wednesday the 11th of February, 2015 at the same pricing, trading and clearing conditions of the previously listed GDRs. Noting that 115,515,853 Audi GDRs are currently listed on the BSE; the total number of GDRs will reach 116,238,117 shares.
