Solidere Shares Push Up the Lebanese Bourse Today

The Lebanese Bourse ended in the green on Thursday as the real estate sector revealed signs of recovery. Accordingly, the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) recorded an increase of 0.25% to reach 1,150.27 points, narrowing its year-to-date loss to 1.75%. In the real estate sector, Solidere shares classes “A” and“B” gained 1.88% and 0.90% to settle at respective quotes of $10.29 and $10.10. In the banking sector, Byblos preferred shares 2008 and 2009 downturned by 0.30% and 0.10% to close the session at $100.50 and $100.60, respectively.  Meanwhile, GDR and listed shares of BLOM traded with no change in price.
