Beirut Bourse Kept its Upward Trend on Friday
The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) ended the week in the green on Friday as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) gained 0.19% to 1,189.62 points. In the real estate sector, Solidere “A” and “B” shares gained 1.29% and 0.55% to $11.00 and $10.93, respectively. In the banking sector, Byblos listed shares gained 1.20% to close at $1.68 per share, while BEMO 2013 preferred shares experienced a 0.99% downtick to $100.00. In the industrial sector, Holcim shares erased almost all of yesterday’s gains in a 3.16% drop to close at $15.01 per share.
