Beirut Stock Exchange: Most Stocks Ended the Trading Session on Higher Prices

The BLOM Stock Index (BSI) rose by 0.32% on Thursday to 1,161.64 points and therefore narrowed its year-to-date loss to 0.74%. In the real estate sector, Solidere shares class “A” and “B” went up by 0.55% and 3.10% to close the session at respective quotes of $11.06 and $10.97, following the recent positive political signals. In the banking sector, the GDR shares of BLOM and Audi increased by 1.05% and 0.84% to $9.65 and $5.97, respectively. Byblos’s listed shares declined by 1.23% to $1.60 while Byblos’ preferred 08 shares added 0.50% to $101.00. Blom Bank’s listed shares were traded without any change in price.
