BSEC Establishes Securitization Investment Fund: TFH SIF
Following the approval of the capital markets’ authority on November 14, 2016, BEMO securitization established the first securitization investment fund for TFH, called TFH SIF. As such, Midclear issued notes on TFH SIF for the fund’s subscribers on 7 February 2017. The details of the notes are as follows:
