Byblos Bank to Hold Extraordinary General Assembly on September 30
The board of directors of Byblos Bank called on the bank’s common shareholders to attend an extraordinary general assembly meeting which is to be held on the 30th of September 2016 at 12:00 p.m in the bank’s headquarters in Ashrafieh.
The agenda will include discussing the approval of the acquisition of the assets, rights, liabilities, and obligations of Banque Pharaon & Chiha.
