Ciments Blancs Calls for an Extraordinary General Assembly on February 27th  

Ciments Blancs’ board of directors invited its shareholders to attend an extraordinary general assembly meeting set to take place at the company’s head office in Dbayeh, on Monday the 27^th of June at 11:00 a.m. The meeting’s agenda will include the following issues:

1. Modifying the company’s system, which includes the substitution of all bearer shares to nominal shares with a time limit of one year
2. Taking all decisions necessary for the transfer of shares that make up the company’s capital
