Due to the open strike declared by the employees of Banque Du Liban, and in reference to the confirmation letter received by the Beirut Stock Exchange from Midclear stating that the latter cannot carry out the clearance and settlement process of transactions executed at the Beirut Stock Exchange, on time, during the period of open strike, and in order to protect the interest of all investors, the Beirut Stock Exchange declares the suspension of trading in its markets till further notice.
