The BLOM Stock Index (BSI) compiled by BLOM Invest Bank daily decreased by 3.13% to 1,792.88 points by January 16th 2026. It is interesting to note that the Year-To-Date (YTD) decreased by 8.80%.
On the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE), the industrial sector dominated trading; accounting for 80.220% of the exchange’s total trading value, while the remaining were grasped by the real estate sector (18.788%), and the banking sector (0.992%).
