HOLCIM Declares Dividend Distribution
The Ordinary General Assembly of HOLCIM (Liban) SAL shareholders convened on May 28, 2015 and approved the distribution of dividends in exchange of coupon Nb. 9 shares issued on 14/05/2007. According to the announcement, a net amount of LP 2,135/share (or $1.42/share) will be paid per share with the payment date to be announced in the future.
