Lebanese Bourse Closed in the Red on Tuesday

The Beirut Stock Exchange continued its negative start to the week on Tuesday as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) ticked down by 0.07% to 1,127.87 points following the trade of 65,963 shares worth $1,418,002. In the banking sector, Audi listed shares and BLOM preferred shares 2011 declined by 0.17% and 0.10% to settle at respective quotes of $5.93 and $10.15. In contrast, Audi preferred shares class “G” increased by 1.99% to close the session at $102.60, while Audi GDR shares traded with no change in price. In the real estate sector, Solidere shares class “A” lost 1.08% to end up at $9.20 while the class “B” shares augmented by 0.55% to $9.17.
