M3 Drops to $67.28B on November 13, 2025

BDL’s latest statistics on money supply revealed that Broad Money (M3) decreased by LBP 2,728.48 billion to stand at LBP 6,021,161 billion ($67.28 billion) by the week ending November 13th, 2025. Furthermore, M3 decreased by 3.25% year-over-year(Y-O-Y), and by 2.14% year to date (y-t-d).
In details, M1 expanded by LBP 906.52 billion during the week of 7 to 13 November 2025, due to an increase in demand deposits of LBP 1,004.34 billion despite a decrease in currency in circulation of LBP 97.82 billion.
In turn, total deposits (excluding demand deposits) fell by LBP 3,635 billion ($40.6 million), owing to a decrease in term and saving deposits by LBP 392.35 billion during the week.
As such, the rate of broad money dollarization decreased from 98.25% in the week ending November 6th, 2025 to 97.7% in the week ending November 13th, 2025.
