Rymco Calls for an Ordinary General Assembly: June 28, 2019
Rasamny Younis Motor Company’s (Rymco’s) board of directors (BoD) called for its annual ordinary general assembly to be held on June 28th 2019 at the company’s headquarters in Chiah, at 10am.
The meeting’s agenda entails the following items:
- Examine the BoD’s & Auditors’ reports for 2018.
- Review 2018’s financial statements and allocate the results
- Appopoint a new external auditor for 2019
- Elect a new BoD
- Miscellaneous items.
