The Banking Sector Ended the Week in the Green

Resilient banking stocks supported the Lebanese bourse today, which caused the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) to increase by 0.18% to 1,147.63 points following, the trade of 82,771 shares worth $637,921. In details, Byblos listed shares and BLOM GDR shares augmented by 0.62% and 0.73% to settle at $1.62 and $9.70, respectively. In addition, Audi listed and preferred shares class “G” gained 0.83% and 0.20% to close at respective quotes of $6.05 and $101.20. Meanwhile, Audi GDR shares traded at their previous quote of $6.00. In the real estate sector, Solidere shares classes “A” and “B” fell by 0.30% and 0.81% to close the session at $9.98 and $9.83, respectively.
