As per the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held by the shareholders of Jammal Trust Bank (JTB) on Sept. 24th 2019 which entailed the request to self-liquidate the bank, and according to BDL’s decision No 13110 approved by the governor of the central bank on Sept. 27th 2019:
Midclear S.A.L., the Custodian and Clearing Center of financial instruments for Lebanon and the Middle East, announced the closing of JTB’s account from its books as of 30-09-2019.
