Holcim Announces Cash Dividend Distribution for 2015
During the general assembly held on June 15th 2016, the board decided to distribute dividends based on 2015’s financial performance. The cash dividend is equal to LBP 1,219 per share, and will be distributed on July 15th, 2016. Investors who have placed their shares in local banks will receive their dividends through Midclear, while the remaining investors can receive their dividend payments in cash through Banque Libano-Francaise (BLF) branches in Jeitawi, Jbeil, Tripoli branches, or through the Societe Generale de Banque au Liban (SGBL) branches in Hamra or Tripoli.
