In accordance with the general assembly meeting held on June 19, 2019, Holcim announced it will begin distributing dividends to its shareholders on July 16, 2019 at the price of 351 L.L per share, knowing there are currently 19,516,040 shares outstanding.
Furthermore, shareholders who have deposited their nominal shares with banks and other financial institutions will receive their dividend payments through the custodian and clearing center, “MIDCLEAR”.
The record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to the corporate dividends will be on July 9, 2019.
