The Beirut Bourse Decreased 0.42% this Tuesday

The Lebanese Bourse declined after the holidays, as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) recorded 53,696 traded shares with a decline of 0.42% to settle at 1208.44 points. In the real estate sector, grasping 83% of total traded value, Solidere class “A” shares lost 0.45% of its value to $11.03 while class “B” shares gained 0.27% to close at $11.05. In the banking sector Byblos Bank and BLOM Bank listed shares respectively down ticked by 1.16% and 2.04% to $1.71 and $9.50 while Bank Audi listed and Byblos Bank preferred 2009 shares traded with no change in price.
