The Beirut Stock Exchange Ended Today’s Session in the Red

The BLOM Stock Index(BSI) , tracking the Lebanese Bourse’s performance, dropped today by 0.31% to 1,163.70  points following the trade of 341,636  shares worth  $3,359,431.

Solidere “A” shares decreased by 2.22% to reach $10.57. In contrast, Solidere “B” shares increased by 1.24% and ended the session at $10.65. In the banking sector, BLOM listed and Byblos preferred 09 shares dropped by 0.74% and 0.10% to settle at respective prices of $9.40 and $101.00. Bank of Beirut preferred J shares rose by 2.91% to reach $26.50. The GDRs of BLOM and Audi exchanged hands without any change in price. In the industrial sector, Holcim shares went down by 2.23% to reach $14.47.
