RYMCO’s board of directors invites its shareholders to the annual general assembly meeting set to take place at the company’s headquarters in Chiyah Boulevard on Thursday the 23rd of June at 10:00 a.m. The meeting’s agenda will include hearing the board of directors’ report and the auditors’ findings, approving 2015’s financial statements and allocating 2015’s profits. Furthermore, the agenda will comprise clearing the chairman and the existing board from 2015’s administrative duties and electing members for 2016’s new board of directors with set credentials, which in turn will appoint external auditors.
