The Lebanese Bourse Gained 0.35% Today

The Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) witnessed a positive performance today as the BLOM Stock Index (BSI) went up by 0.35% to reach 1,156.90 points. Trading activity substantially improved on Tuesday following the trade of almost 20M shares of BLOM at their previous quote of $9.60. In details, the total value of traded shares on the BSE went up from 33,007 worth $385,170 on Monday to 20.19M shares worth $193.12M. However, the listed shares of Audi went up by 4.13% to $6.30, while the listed shares of Byblos and BLOM GDRs dropped by 0.61% and 0.10% to reach $1.63 and $9.94, respectively. In the real estate sector, Solidere shares class “A” and “B” fell by 2.92% and 0.41% to end the session at $9.63 and $9.75, respectively.
